Day 3 - BREAST CANCER AWARENESS!

How i just love my Gold Canyon Candles business. This year has been FABULOUS for Gold Canyon - making a candle to support our troops & once again this year bringing back our Pink Sugar Cookie [yes it smells the way it sounds] to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer. This is one cause along with a few others, that i alwys supprt every year. This year tho - i am MATCHING what i sell and donating to BCR. This is one way i know that i can help make a difference.

I have sold 3 so far. Looking to sell as many as i can this month. Its only the 3rd so i am hoping i can get more ppl to commit to buying one either through my home parties or even through a book party. I have an event on the 23rd, HOPEING i can get more sales there. $27CN [sh&taxes incl.] which i think is AMAZING price for over $125hrs of burn time in a 16oz jar!!

Day 2 - SLACKKKEERR

Ya so i totally skipped over a WHOLE MONTH with my challenge. Everything is just so busy rigth now with a new baby on the way - making room for a new house & trying to get all this Unemployment crap out of the way for maternity leave.

Since i have some time on my hands i figured i would do some blogging. It will defiantly pass some time & it will keep me busy for ohh lets say 365 days or 363 if you could the 2 posts i have done now. As of today it will be a NEW DAY & a NEW BLOG!

Day 1 Of My 365 Day Challenge!

OH MY WORDDD - I am actually doing this challenge. I have to first off start by saying that if it wasnt for my best friend Jen i wouldn't be doing this at all. She actually double dared me to do this so if i fail - ITS ON HER!! No really, im going to make a strong effort to finish if i can. Between being pregnant right now & when the time come to have the baby - ill have to find some time.

My first post im going to start off by ANNOUNCING my pregnancy - some probobly know by now & are more then likely tired of hearing about it but for those who dont - then here is a little something to read. Ill try to make this interesting.

Joe & I have been together for 6.5years now. We currently are living with his parents till our house is fully built - which btw, should be done and ready in about 4-5wks. We had found out we were pregnant in March, a month before we got married. It was the happiest time of our lives TIMES TWO! In the beginning it started off rough. I had HIGH blood pressure the whole first trimester and let me tell you that was terrifying specially with this being our first pregnancy! Once we hit 14wks that had gone away and i was able to continue with my new found journey. By 26wks i had fallen into another pregnancy problem with KIDNEY STONES - let me tell you that was the worst experience of my LIFE. I was told that the pain from passing the kidney stone would be MUCH WORSE then the labour & delivery of the baby. Now if thats not something to be heard then i dont know what is, i am SET for labour now. HAHAHAHA

At 28wks & 3 days the baby is now over 2.5lbs and 16inches long. I havent had any other problems other then the peeing all the time through the night & back pains every once in awhile. I must say i am LOVING being pregnant & just seeing my husbands face when the baby kicks him is a feeling that i can never explain fully. I cant wait for the next 12wks or so to fly by so we can hold our little budle.

OHH & if you haven't already guessed - we NEVER found out the sex of our baby. SURPRISE it is!!
